Step 1. File lawsuit in Federal Court stating your trademark has been violated.
Step 2. Request for a jury trial knowing that the defendants can't fight back. In my case, could run from $25,000 to $200,000 for my defense.
Step 3. There are no public defenders for civil suits in the federal courts.
Step 4. Chances are you will not be able to get an attorney.
Step 5. You cannot contact the judge.
Step 6. Without an attorney on record, the court requires the party that is sueing you for them to send you copies of their filings.
Step 7. Next, the party will ask for a default judgement against you. If granted, you lose without seeing the inside of a court room or a jury.
